I keep getting this gpedit.msc error when windows starts, the error reads component mswinsck.ocx or one of its component is missing, anyone know ow i can fix this, oh and and at times u see the cmd windows system flashing on the taskbar 32 bar flashing on the taskbar

Just did a fresh install on windows Xp,and service pack 3, installed kaspersky and other programs

And if i am in like a full mode game, it automatically tabs to the desktop, like within every 15-30 seconds, can someone please help with this?
