My Anti-Spyware quarantined "Heur.Agent/Gen-FakeSAS" (C:\WINDOWS\INSTALLER\{CDDCBBF1-2703-46BC-938B-BCC81A1EEAAA}\iconcddcbbf13.exe).

I've tried to research this with little success. I've run every scan you can think of and my computer comes up clean but I'm not so sure.

This is still quarantined, can I delete it and is my computer still affected?

Best not to delete any apparent system files unless you create a backup image,install easeus todo backup create a system image then delete it

info on your issue it may or may not be a virus,you could install clamwin it can be set as manual scan only this avoids conflct with other antivirus ware
