.wmv file is not working in offline

Application description:

We have pluggable protocol(user created protocol exam: dhar://file/sources/text.htm). we will invoke all html files which is reside in local M/C using pluggable protocol.

Issue Description:

We are able to access all html files in offline but windows media player(.wmv) file which is accessing through relative path (<a href="vedios\test.wmv"></a>) is getting failed in offline.

In online (internet connection), we are able to access all html and windows media player files successfully.

Please let me know why it?s not working in offline.

We want to access media player files in offline using our pluggable protocol.

It would be grateful if some one can help me to resolve this issue.
