Best ebook dimentions for Kindle?

Does anyone here know what the best dimentions would be for converting EPUB files to MOBI for use with Kindle?

I have a bunch of pdfs that I want to convert, Ive tried 600X800px but that only covered about 70% of the screen.

Im exporting my cropped pdfs to EPUB frmt through Adobe InDesign and converting them to MOBI with Calibre, an awesome ebook conversion tool by the way.

Any thought? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
