Hi all
I am getting an intermittant every 2-3 day bsod crash I think i have isolated it to two unhappy progs anydvd and magicjack , I uninstall anydvd and the problem goes away (i think)
magicjack has requested i uninstall anydvd as a test
anydvd does not respond to my help request (so far)

The bsod is always the irql not equal to blah blah
with a usbstor.sys error ... here is the latest minidump

google has given a lot of info , but none is related

Do any of you folks have some insight or a new direction?

sp sp3 all updates ie7
usb hub powered and unpowered
switch plugs
all other functions ok (copy paste is odd tho)
thanks
Frank
