Hello all, could someone please point me in the right direction here because my Toshiba Equium A100-147 Laptop (which I have never had any issues with previously) starts / loads up fine up to the point where I input my user password, then the screen briefly goes blank, then another box is displayed which states the following:-

'"c:\Users\Geoff\Documents\3b25ef15.exe"' is not recognised as an internal or external command
c:\Windows\system 32_

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue, what does this mean, do I have some kind of virus etc ?
