Hi, I just recently started a business and I currently have about 600 contacts, I downloaded my address book into a .csv format file that opens with Excel. I was wondering if anyone knows of a program or website that I can easily upload this file and make a mass e-mailing list with all ofmy contacts to make a weekly newsletter to send out.

I wish I could be more helpful, but I've never used software to email distribution lists. I can provide you with a link which contains a list of software that may provide what you're looking for.
