QUESTION:
I'm trying to export a list of emails that I downloaded from my email service to a Thunderbird folder. Every time I try to complete the process, I get as far as selecting the type of file to export (I've been selecting either "index (csv)" or "Spreadsheet (csv)," and then opening the folder I want to use as the destination, but I never get a prompt or a box that will allow me to complete the export (like "okay" or "export" or "finish"). Am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me. (Moved this post from general discussion forum)
