hi i have a western digital passport 1tb and am trying to convert over to fat32 so my ps3 will recognize it. But i have windows 7 on my laptop and have been trying to find a program to do the whole drive. any help is appreciated.

Verbatim has a Fat32 format program for download.
Note that I have only used this to format a 15GB flash drive - I don't know if it has a size limitation.

easus partition master is a good option ,you could make a partition giving some memory to fat32 for your ps3 while still having ntfs (handy for files over 4gb)
