How to Clean Up iTunes

My problem is that I have 103GB of music on my computer, I only want 55GB of that on it. I use iTunes for my music and deleted what I didn't want from that. Now I've got 48GB of music on my computer that I'm not using. I could go through it file by file and delete them but that seems like way too much work. I'm looking for a way to take my iTunes library and move it so I can delete the rest.
I tried copying my iTunes library folder but that only contains about 20GB of music on it. I also tried selecting every song in my iTunes library and then copy and pasting it into a separate folder. The problem with that is that my computer crashed a few months ago and I salvaged all the songs then off of my iPod leaving them with all weird 4 charachter names (ie. GKYE.mp3) and many of the song files have the same names now so they will either overwrite other songs or not carry over.
Anyone have any ideas?
