How to minimize Panda intivirus loading at windows startup.

I am using Panda Internet security 2010 and I wanted to know how i decrease its loading time at windows startup, coz when i turn on computer and when the desktop apear then my pc had very bussy at this moment, and look likes the hard disk is fully reading something. (I m sure its reads panda files) And its loading time takes about 5 minutes at least.
Although I have pentium 4 2.8ghz, SATA hdd, DDR 2 1Gig ram and the hdd speed is very fast when I tronsfer some data.

Another thing I wanted to know that How I Activate the Panda Internet security Pro 2010.(not buying only activate) coz when its eveluation period over then its not more update.
