I need help downloading a video for a friend

Maybe you guys can help I am trying to download these videos http://www.livestream.com/brevardcommunitycollege

the 4pm and 1pm stream, ive tried using countless addons, from so think premium,orbit downloader, downloadhelper, none of these seem to work, ive also tried cam studios which works but ive never got audio to work on it for me, is there a program i can download that will work, Please help

find and open your browser cache directory.. possibly Windows>Application
Data>Mozilla>Firefox>Profiles>xxxxxx.default>Cache . watch for the new file being created when you run the video.. save the file and rename it something.flv then you can watch it any time... sites protect their streamed video from downloader tools.. but your browser has to cache it locally.. which means you have it. It's only swf after all.

i went to C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\yl7qa\Cache

and nothing is matching what the size of a file this length would be, i may be doing something wrong

found what you were talking about, but there is no video playing
