uninstalling Proshow gold registration

HI

i have a problem with a new version of proshow gold (V4) not recognising my CD/DVD drive when trying to burn a slideshow to disc.

The cause of this i am led to believe may be because i didnt install the software as 'an administrator'

I have tried to 'uninstall' and 'reinstall' the program. When i reinstall it seems the registration details from the original install are still on my laptop. I am not asked to re-input them.

Does anyone know of a way of uninstalling all the the files, so i can start a complete new install
