Hi, when i load win xp the automatic update balloon pops and says that the updates have been turned off. i go to turn it on and i get this:




afterwards i go to the automatic updates settings > select recommended and still the red icon is there even after a restart.




i googled my problem and i came up with this:

still it didn't help me.

if anyone has a solution for this problem i'll be more than glad to hear it. :)
