VBS Felixstowe HELP NEED ASSISTANCE

Working for a haulage company we have a website for the Felixstowe. The system works like this , click a link which refreshes the page and wait for the time you want to show up ... EVENTUALLY, this is very time consuming and i end up having a stack of paper work because im concentrating on moving these VBS's. could anyone help me to find a program to do this automatically , really all the case is clicking links.

Does the site have FTP access, or at least could you list DIR in the webpage over http? You could get them a lot faster with FTP, and then re-upload them later if you need.
