Webcam software?

Hi, I could use some help narrowing down the webcam software options out there. I only need it to monitor video from the cam to the PC screen.

I can't find web-cam software with a full screen or adjustable window size for the screen showing the stream, and not just a fixed small window.

Any Suggestions for FREE program that could do this?

No, just whatever the webcam is filming on it's own pc on that PC's screen, only full size instead of the fixed window it's showing with the included software. So it doesn't need to be full screen streamed over the internet just directly to it's own screen.

I just need two cam feeds streaming in two windows at the same time.
I would need a free program.
