halo 2 vista offcial map editor help

my brother got halo 2 vista a while back and installed both the map editor and the game the game works fine so does the map editor but its kinda(actually a lot) confusing i can open up the example scenario and edit weapons(in sapien) and vehicles but i dont know how to
1.create new scenarios
2.edit projectiles
3.create maps(im not sure if that is the same thing as scenario)
4.use guerilla( i know you mod things with it)

any help or links to tutorialswill be much appreciated
