I know this is a tech forum, but how is chat looked upon on this forum? Will jokes be closed? Would the person be banned.
It's just a shame really.

There is a thread for jokes, probably buried under tons of threads. Think it's called "Friday's Funny's" or something like that.
A chat thread has been started a few times, but ultimately got closed by either ddp or creaky, last one called "Pointless Pap" almost a year ago.

Couldn't remember which one of y'all it was. I just remember that a comment was made that y'all didn't mind it, but sooner or later someone says something that someone gets offended by and it boils down to name calling, fighting, and **** measuring to see who is better.
