SanAndreas Backup assistance

Hi all, I have a backup of Sanandreas on my laptop and I don't know how to back it up, I have parts 1 through 54 all zipped up and they appear to be daa files and I don't know what to do with them, Any ideas??? Cheers all.

Just unzip the very first file. then it should create an ISO, but since its San Andrea, it would probably be a NRG file, thats what it created once i unzipped the first file.
