Firstly, I would suggest posting this in the XBOX 360 forum, this is the normal XBOX. No doubt creaky will teleport it for you later.
For downloading for free, I would say torrents is your best option. I personally use demonoid.com for my torrents. I would however highly recommend Newsgroups, you do have to pay a small fee but its waaaay worth it.

You will need to extract the ISO file using winrar and you can burn this. If its a XBOX360 game, you will need to also check it with ABGX.
