Best card for emulation DSI XL

Don't know if this has been asked before. I have been going through the forums and cant seam to find a answer.

I have a DSI XL I want the best R4 type card for emulation. I want to use NES SNES GB/C GBA Genesis TG16 any emulator i can get my hands on for OG gaming on my DSI XL. Of course it would be nice to get home brew DS games and DS roms to work great as well. Any suggestions on whats the best card? So far the DS two sounds good but it only does GBA and from what i read not to well. A local guy who sells R4's around my area said he can do a R4 with all the emulators with games plus a bunch of DS games for $65 sounds very pricey considering R4 cards are like $10. Also whats the best place in the states to buy from online and the best emulators for my needs.
