The prices are great but it took them 10 days just to get around to shipping my stuff. Since the package is coming from Hong Kong it'll be another 2 weeks.
Can't beat the prices but you sure can beat the ship times.

If you need something quickly then dont order from dealextreme. If you need it cheap then order from them and wait.
If you need it quick AND cheap then you're out of luck.

and other surprises when you don't get it at all lol. and they keep your money until they get stock in could take months, did for my supercard

I recieved the cards yesterday. One works flawlessly without the paper shim trick the other needs a shim, but still works fine otherwise. I love the autopatching for homebrew stuff. I can just run it without fussing.

I completely disagree with that statement! I tried focal price a few times, had nothing but problems with them... One package didn't show up at all. After a month I wrote to them, 3 days later they wrote back to "wait one more week", so I did. A week later I told them that it still hadn't shown up, again 3 days later they said "wait one more week." Long story short, they told me this 4 times until I finally blew up at them and told them to ship a replacement order... it took another week and a half to do that and the package didn't arrive to me until almost 12 weeks after I placed my order.
They're worse than DX... I've never had a problem getting a replacement shipment from DX. And their prices are typically 25% higher than DX as well.

DX and FP probably owned by same company same slap happy cheap and cheerful service, there attitude don't like it pay more somewhere else we don't care. it basically goes down to each persons individual experience try them both and choose for yourself. pay peanuts get served by monkeys lol...

i dont use deal extreme anymore as poor customer service,, bought some goods from them a couple years back and they didnt wiork,, emailed about 50 times still no response /refune.replace//
I for one wouldnt touch them!!

It seems that DX has little reputation on shiping and service! Fortunately I hadn't made an order from it. Personally strongly suggests http://www.depot888.com. Cheap and great service.
Nothing is impossible.
