DS Lite Power Issue

When I plug my DS in, the orange light turns on for a second, then turns back off.
Last time I had a similar issue, I opened it up, and bridged a broken resistor. This time however, the resistor is where it should be.

Did you check the fuse with a multimeter to see if it's good?

Couldn't find my multimeter, so I bridged both fuses.
Worked perfectly.
