Help with F-Card

Hey guys im new here
Umm i got an F-Card which i've used before alot
and all of a sudden, one day when i wanted to put games on it,
i go into usb mode and it says the usb port thing isnt recognized, i've tried full reformatting and quick reformatting it still dosent work.

Its dosent detect and it isnt visible in the removable storage area in my computer. so yeah i cant put games on it either.
Also, does anyone know where i can get the file : Xmenu.dat for my F-Card. (fire card)
