help with R4i firmware

ok, like so many other people here, i have purchased a R4I - SDHC UPGRADE Revolution for DS (NDSi / NDSL / NDS).
the DSi i have is ver 1.2E and the firmware fot it (i think)is ver 1.09b, i am supposed to add the moonshell2, R4i menu and the R4.dat files to the card. but when i extract the files i have 165 files. all are linked to the 3 files that the site tells me to add. if i add all the files, i get the loading frozen on the screen. does anyone know what files i have to add.
