Nintendo DS Lite Flash Cart?

Hey there people. I am looking at getting a flash cart for my DS Lite and am a bit confused as to which one I should get and where to buy them. The first time I heard of one was from a friend who had an r4 and I was looking at getting one myself. However, after reading around on different website and forums it seems as if getting a r4 is not such a good idea and that there are better options out there.

After more browsing I am now contemplating on getting an M3 but not sure which one to get (M3 Real? M3i Zero?). I don't have a DSi nor do I plan on getting one so I don't care about compatability with it.

In short which M3 should I go for or is there a better option? 2nd what are safe stores that sell them for cheap.

M3Real is a good card (www.dealextreme.com is cheap but takes several weeks to arrive

The Real is the same as the iZero for firmware (it uses the same)
