r4 card menu white screen

Hi,
I received a r4 card yesterday and tried to set it up for my 3DS XL ,but when i tried it on my 3ds, the screen became white, i tried many times, and it keeping getting the error. what can i do? is it a fake card.

I dont know what to do anymore, any ideas?

Go to your manufacturers site. either your cart won't ever work, or you can find an update for it.You will need a non-DSi/3DS to update if the flashcart won't work in it's current state.recommend u buy this r4i gold 3ds flashcart http://www.usar4.com/r4i-gold-3ds-r4i-g...and-ds-lite-p-1
