R4 SDHC - Touchscreen not work

Can anyone help me? I bought an R4 SDHC upgrade revolution card and used an 8GB micro SD with it. I found most of the time, the touchscreen didn't work. Sort of works on/ off. But when I put my store-bought games in, the touchscreen worked perfectly

So now I've bought another R4 card, thinking the 1st one was faulty. This time, I bought an R4 SDHC Revolution card which is (apparently) NOT a clone card but I'm still having the same problems. I've formatted my microSD with FAT32 before installing the software

The games all load up... but the touchscreen now works even less than before! So I can't actually play any games...

I've downloaded the software from http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ and from the original site I bought the card from (http://www.nds-gear.co.uk/firmware/software-download.shtml) but it's still having the same problems

Can anyone help me?!? I'm ready to smash the R4 card, it's so frustrating!!
