R4DS Revolution Game loading takes 90 seconds???

I have bought a R4DS Revolution from https://www.r4i.co.uk/r4.php i've formatted the sd card using windows and the panasonic sd formatter i've downloaded the firmware from the above link and the pdf file to the right of it i've tried the firmare download and also the firmware it tells you to use in the pdf file as they are different so everything should be ok right well i've created a games folder the games work fine but they take 90 seconds to load does anybody know why this is any help would be great thanks in advance Richard.
