White And Black screen when I select my R4 SDHC.

Hello, Whenever I turn on my DS and try to select my new R4 SDHC (which shows up as Star Wars: Lethal Alliance for some reason,) my touch screen turns black and my top screen turns white.

The only firmware so far that has not does this is 2.10, and it says "Please upgrade hardware for support latest firmware." That is it.

I ordered this R4 SDHC from gamesyeah.com, and I don't really know what to do, could someone please help me?
