I've had no problems with u torrent until a few days ago. "udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce" this is one of the trackers but i can not seem to connect to it. All it says is "invalid URL" i don't know if it has been done by my isp but i haven't revived any email's from them so I'm guessing that its not caused by them. And i cant seem to figure out the problem.

and heads up I'm using -> Norton 360 <- gayest thing ever

They did not drop UDP support. In fact, their new uTP transfer protocol (still in beta) uses UDP.

uTorrent never supported UDP trackers. There was talk about support a few years ago, but DHT really made it a non-factor and the specs for UDP trackers were not well laid out (at least according to uTorrent).
