Good ISP for torrent downloads???

I have had verizon for a couple of years now, and have never had any problems with downloading torrents (slow speeds, letters from isp, etc).

I am moving soon and verizon does not have FIOS service is my new area. I was thinking of getting comcast or AT&T, but recently heard
lots of bad stories about them.

Inserting packets to slow torrent downloads to a crawl, joining and cooperating with the MPAA and RIAA, send letters warning users, etc. Can anyone with comcast or AT&T internet tell me if this is true? If so, what ISP would you recommend?

All ISPs cooperate with the MPAA and RIAA.
It is just a question of whether the MPAA/RIAA people catch your IP on a torrent for copyrighted content.

The Comcast inserting packets issue is pretty much over (and was exaggerated to begin with). I use Comcast 6Mb connection and quite often get near my max speed.
