i bitlord is extremly slow my real speed is 150 kbps in firefox but in bitlord u torrent or any oder file 10kbps

First, I'd edit the title to something a bit more descriptive or this will be closed. Now, any router or firewall, what port, ISP interfering: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Bad_ISPs is your upload set to about 80%, (your speedtest may be in kb, most clients show Kb, your 150 kb is around 19 Kb)? You can try a known fast download here, 3.0.1 seems good: http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/
