A bit more info, any router or firewall: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm (check for modem too and ignore any ads), port (usually needs to be over 10,000), known bad ISP: http://wiki.vuze.com/w/Bad_ISPs You'll get more response over at the p2p forum, I would expect this post to be moved soon for you.

Do you get much good down loads with bitcomet? It used to be easily bambozzled from the devilish apps that add garbage to your download. You download would be garbage.
