Need suggestion to speed up utorrent for my 2mbps connection.

Hi everyone, before i came into utorrent I have used bitcomet and it doesn't disappoint me. Bitcomet gives around of full speed about 225-232 KB/s of download speed.

Then you might ask why you switch to utorrent instead of using bitcomet, The reason that I?m leaving Bitcomet was some site (such as speed.cd and torrentdays.com) banned bitcomet as a result I can't able to download as well as upload the same..

Yes I?m aware of portforwarding steps and i even published the blog (http://variousource.blogspot.com/) that helps others to optimize their download speed for Bitcomet. So I have done all required task that is from initial step of ?portforwarding? to final ?firewall? settings...

And I?m not totally frustrated with utorrent; even now I?m getting about 175-180 KB/s with utorrent.
All I?m worried about is, why utorrent was not giving good speed when applying same setting as that of Bitcomet.

My upload speed : 52KB/s
I'm using Windows7 as my operating system

Can any one please help me to get my utorrent to its full download speed..
