i haver been using peergaurdian for almost 2 years but got this unusuall error never seen,dont have idea how to fix it any help will be appreciated .thanks

nothing to do with peerguardian (which is pretty pointless anyway) looks more like a VB error to me.. have you read the error and done what it suggests?

After this message the peer gaurdian closes down and i have to recover it.And what it suggest is i couldnt do because i dont have that software installed.It says visual studio but i just have Microsoft visual C++ in the pc.

don't use peerguardian anymore. Peerblock is the program to use. Look it up
