When trying to forward the my utorrent port i got this message: Port overlap occurred! Please change your entry! i followed the guide on portforward and it did not work.

utorrent 45682 to 45682 Both 192.168.1.102 enabled

please help

For now, just forward 45,682-45,683 and use 1 in utorrent. A client like BitTornado uses a separate port for every torrent anyway. What router and not sure what those ips are you enabled?

i have a linksys WRT45GS and i tried to forward 45682-45683 and i get the same message.

Try a different port, 34,450 works fine here. Failing that, resetting the router may help. Usually there is a small hole on the back that a straightened paper clip works fine for: http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-a-Linksys-Router Try connecting directly too.
