hello :)

ok ummm first of all
I am a bittornado user
and my ruter is D-Link

I didn't have this problem happen before so this is the first time it
happens and i'm realy clueless to know exactly what is the cause
i'd be really happy if you all could help me :)

all i did for it work is that i follow instruction on this page here
http://portforward.com/english/routers/p.../BitTornado.htm

and once i'm done it worked well :D i even got the green light and every thing with amazing downloading speed

but after like 5 months or so i dont know what happend it kinda stopped working on its own and the port i made ( the Edonkey thing )got kinda stuck there and i wasn't able to add it to the aplied rules box and this is where my problim is :(
i have tried every thing i could think of even un installing bittornado and i even tried reseting my ruter and start all over
wich i think it solved the problim so i just re make the setting and added this port to the aplied rules box but....
it didn't solv my problim :(
so i'm asking for help, what did i do wrong other ways i could solv this?
i even tested it on a healthy torrent with over 900 seeder and 1000 somthing leechers but, all i got is a slow connection with 1kb downloading speed :( and the yellow light is back .

i really miss my green light :P

Try a different port range, say 34450 - 34460 just because I use one of those and I know it's okay, ISP's can block those under 10,000. In your router for protocol, try both TCP and UDF; I used a D Link and at first it was both and later it changed to just TCP. Make sure you have UPnP and randomize disabled like the guide show's. Probably just a setting but Bittornado did go from green to yellow and then red and black with me so a different client may be in order. I don't usally suggest that but that yellow light returning sound's familiar. Have you set your upload speed to about 80%, won't affect the light but can affect download speed? Are you using 1 port or a port range like in the direction's?

Ok, this port's getting stuck is new to me, what port's are there now? Try a known good torrent and see if it goes green within 5 - 15 minute's, 3.0.1 and 3.1.0 both seem good: http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/
