Very possible and the age of the file isn't a consideration. Try at an off peak usage time to see how it goes. Also, any new hardware like modem, router, they can use a firewall?

use a different port and up to date modern torrent client with encryption .. isp's are watching your every move.. doing latest films is stupid.. it's the easy way to get caught.

Hey blues which ISP do you have? If you isp has taken an interest in you switching the port or encryption isn't going to help. Hope it is the work of cyber rodents working for the media pigs. Then port changes and/or port forwarding can help. You can try news groups with SSL. That may fool your isp except they will know you are still downloading because of your band width that they closely monitor and record. If you didn't force encryption in and out they will also know every torrent you downloaded and that is also on your record.

I think Mistycat wonders if you added something new that has a fire wall since you installed your torrent client software. If that is the case your firewall on the new device is blocking your work. You probably want to check your exceptions to your firewall.
