Don't see your router at PortForward but most Netgears need a static ip address, here's a guide: http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm Main thing to watch for is that your Default Gateway and DNS Server(s) aren't showing as the same, post back if it is. Check here for your ISP, there are others that throttle as well: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Bad_ISPs Not sure on your links, returns me here.
