Torrent Problem Please Help

I have 2 computers hooked up to a linksys router. I download torrents on my desktop(acer aspire). When I go to any torrent site, usually torrentz.com, mininova, piratebay I see limited torrents displaying after I search. The laptop I have connected with a wire to the same router shows up with alot more results as well my friends shows up the same results as the laptop

For example I was trying to download full seasons of two and a half men. My friend and the laptop on the same router in thee same house plugged in shows full seasons of it, where mines shows no seasons and just random episodes. My friends desktop in the same city comes up the same as the laptop and he can even send me links for the site and I can download them but they wont show up in my search at all. Theres alot of movies, tv shows, etc that wont show up on mine that show up on the other 2. Some movies will not no nearly as many results. Can somebody please help, this is extremely frusterating.

you must have the settings different on the desktop client vs the laptop.
