anyone any ideas what is going on with the site, it's up but when i try and login it says the details are wrong, and they are not! they were having donation problems therefore unable to pay for hosting, but i thought it was sorted, can anyone please shed any light on this?
Same problem here, not sure whats going on, could be they purged their user base and removed some non donating users. I'm not even sure how to contact them, if you hear anything else let me know please.
I've been wondering what is going on there as well. I tend to think the site is completely down based on the screen that comes up when you go to digdogdug; it says 0.006% tracker load. But if it is what SrgtRock says, then I'll be gone for good, and not because I'm cheap (well, maybe a little bit). I've become disenchanted with the site because they beg beg beg for money, then give the donors exemptions from seeding, then many of the platinum members stop seeding the minute their DL is complete. If the site is not down for good, they need to open up membership, not restrict it.
i understand why they plead for money to keep the servers up and running but i do think it's a mistake to allow donors to get away with not having to seed, they should at least get some sort of a seed bonus instead, because it's seeders that keep torrents sites alive, and everyone needs to seed for as long as possible, just hope they come back
simple rule people.. unless the site owner is a friend NEVER hand over your cash to these pirates..
I'm not quite sure I'd characterize it that way; digdogdug/crikeym8 seems to have been around for years. I suspect the site was shut down by "The Man", but this is still unconfirmed.
