uTorrent not downloading

My torrents won't start downloading for some reason. The ETA stays at infinity and it won't detect any seeds even when I make sure the torrent I'm using has plenty available. The green downloading arrow goes to red after a few minutes and then I'm stuck. It's not the internet connection because I have my laptop next to my desktop and my laptop's downloading just fine. Can anyone help?
