Windows 7 and Azuse/utorrent Issue

I just upgraded to windows 7 but I am having an issue with installing Azuse and using uTorrent.

1) Azuse gets frozen during the install. I've tried several times.

2) uTorrent always gets a "Not Responding" error after I try to download soemthing.

Is it Windows 7? Any idea what I can do?

Is anyone having issues with any P2P software in Windows 7? I'm having issues with vuze, utorrent, and frostwire. They don't connect and or get the "not responding" message in windows 7 when I try to run it.

Any help? I'm running PC Tools Firewall Plus however I never had this issue in Vista with the same firewall and software.
