For those pondering on the Internet since 2004 how to do a silent install of AC3Filter, the answer lies with the application installer currently used by AC3Filter - Inno.

To perform a fully unattended installation of AC3Filter 1.63b:

ac3filter_1_63b_lite.exe /VERYSILENT /SP- /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES
