I have been considering joining the Youtube wave by starting to record myself playing the guitar.
I have tried using a simple digital camera, but the sound quality is gash. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about doing this. I play an acoustic guitar. I am considering upgrading to an acoustic with electronic pickups for output. I understand that i will also need to get a webcam, but i figure i can find out the software before i shell out for a cam that i will never use otherwise.
