Exported Premiere CS3 video problem

I captured some 1920x1200 video in FRAPS of some gameplay that I want to upload to YT. I created a custom project with a resolution of 1920x1080 and imported my clips. The aspect radio is set to square pixels as this footage is of a game. I added some titles and a PIP but after I export to h264/mp4 the video doesn't look as crisp as in Premiere output preview. First I exported in 1280x720 but I thought maybe because it's downscaling the quality is reduced so I exported in 1920x1080 and it 's exactly the same. Maybe my project settings are wrong? What settings should I be looking at when creating the project and exporting?

And here is what it looks like after I export and play it. Notice it looks soft and pixelated...
