When trying to convert an mkv file using GOTSent, I keep getting the message "error during aac conversion." I'm using the nero tools as suggested in the guide, and it has worked perfectly for every file except this one. I read somewhere that gotsent requires ac3 audio in the mkv file, and I've confirmed that this file does have ac3 (using MediaInfo).

I've also noticed that in the drop-down box under "audio" in GOTSent, it is just blank where normally it will say "undefined" or give you a choice of languages.

Any suggestions as to what I could do?
