Experiencing an unusual issue with one film Im encoding using HC Enc.

Ive set up everything the same as I did when I successfully used it for some TV shows I did, but the output .m2v file is 58 mins in length whereas the source is 1 hr 58 mins long.

Have tried multiple times with the same outcome, on this one movie.

Any advice?

Are you using a DgIndex .d2v file and an AviSynth script.
