I need a good iPad transfer

I need a good iPad transfer, iPad manager for my iPad. I need it to be able to backup iPad to pc (windows) and file-copy from iPad to pc. Any suggestion for good software?

I?ve been searching for one too. And I?ve stumbled upon Xilisoft iPad Magic, it does exactly that: copy from iPad to pc, backup ipad to pc. Great ipad manager plus ipad transfer both ways.
